My name is Sabrina Jawer.  I grew up in wine country - Middleburg, Virginia.  I got my bachelor's degree in business administration from Clemson University, and my master's degree in wine management from the Culinary Institute of America.  I've been engaged with all things wine for years, and I hope to bring you a taste of my expertise. 

I started DecantHer for the businesses that wanted all the benefits of a wine consulting service, without paying the 'big consulting company' prices.  I charge by the hour - and adjust my services to your needs.  I have experience partnering with restaurants to create seasonal wine lists, and have a wide range of relationships with key distributors, wineries, and event spaces.
